Individuals under a disability due to age, injury, or illness require attention that may not be needed in the general population. The need for guardianship or conservatorship or protection of assets through planning is a goal of my representation.  Preservation of government benefits may sometimes be accomplished without disturbing other assets of the disabled individual. The means to accomplish those ends require specialized attention.
